Chief Enchantment Officer
Jennifer Estevez is a plant-based business woman, facilitator, and world traveler. Raised by parents who were spiritualist, scientists, business people and pragmatists, Jennifer has always been fascinated by the confluence of holistic modalities of healing and self work alongside rational Western schools of thought and practice.
Her medicine journey began in 2020, while healing a back injury that was said to be unfixable without surgery. Amazed by the healing gifts of she received, not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually, she began moonlighting as an assistant in ceremonies on top of her day job as a CEO. After her first journey to Peru, she felt the call to serve huachuma, and dove deeper into studying sacred cactus, and the path of becoming a Tabaquera. Currently living abroad in the Sacred Valley, Peru, Jennifer is continuing her studies in shamanism, hermetics, and Chinese Medicine as she consults on startups, works with entrepreneurs and manages her companies, OMvino, Consciously Planted and Crystals & Smudge Sticks. Her experience founding multiple companies and leading as an executive works in tandem with her desire to be of service at Crystals & Smudge Sticks.
Jennifer's connection to healing as well as her global vision and familiarity of structure and collaboration come into play supporting entrepreneurs, healers, facilitators and businesses in claiming a safe, sustainable, mindful path to growth. Facilitating with mindfulness and intention, building community, and working with people and ethical companies are her ways of giving back to the Earth. In connection with her own healing and wellness, Jennifer has taught yoga for over a decade, earned her RYT 500 advanced yoga cert, and black belt in Tae Kwon Do. She is also trained in Reiki, Yoga Nidra and has been initiated into various systems of breath work such as Kriya, Tantric, Tibetan and traditional Vedic styles.
